This exquisite table, designed by Charlie Newton, exudes personality. The beautiful top pattern, made for MARITIME ELEVATOR of SACKVILLE NS has a gear-look but is actually a smooth combination of natural stained wood and black paint. Under that is a circular pattern that appears to be made for a ship called FRANCES GERALDINE for its heat exchange system. The table base is a sturdy bright yellow cylinder atop a black cylinder. The best surprise about this table is the lid that opens to reveal the heat exchange pattern (a great place for a small stash of any kind) and a nice vintage latch keeps the lid on snugly when closed. One-of-a-kind and a real beauty!
