A nice tight little sculpture by Erin Philp, “Mill Town” has a bit of a quaint factory feel to it, hence its name. Two cylindrical patterns loom, looking a bit like smoke stacks, while below a lovely gold-leaf tree (an Erin enhancement!) softens the industrial look. A variety of interesting shapes complete the grouping of patterns on a round black painted base.
